This is an opportunity to join a well-established fit out contractor with an excellent reputation in the market. The business is known for delivering high-quality projects for blue-chip and repeat clients, particularly across the leisure, retail, and hospitality sectors. They have built their name on strong relationships, consistent delivery, and a professional approach, which has resulted in a healthy pipeline of fast-track work across the North West, Yorkshire, and further afield.
The company is now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with around 5 years’ total experience, specifically with a background in fit out projects, to support continued growth.
The Role- Working on fit out projects from pre-contract through to final account
- Cost control, forecasting, and reporting on multiple fast-paced schemes
- Subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Working closely with site teams, clients, and supply chain partners
- Supporting delivery of fast-track projects while maintaining strong commercial control
- Circa 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role since graduation
- Fit out experience is essential
- Background in leisure, retail, and/or hospitality projects
- Comfortable working in fast-track environments
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
