The Role,

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting classroom learning across a range of curriculum areas
  • Delivering targeted literacy, numeracy, and subject-specific interventions to individuals and small groups
  • Providing personalised 1:1 support for pupils requiring additional guidance
  • Supporting pupils with SEND and helping to overcome barriers to learning
  • Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, independence, and engagement
  • Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and the preparation of learning resources
  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment where every pupil can thrive
