The Role,
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting classroom learning across a range of curriculum areas
- Delivering targeted literacy, numeracy, and subject-specific interventions to individuals and small groups
- Providing personalised 1:1 support for pupils requiring additional guidance
- Supporting pupils with SEND and helping to overcome barriers to learning
- Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, independence, and engagement
- Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and the preparation of learning resources
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment where every pupil can thrive
