An outstanding secondary school in the Wembley area is looking to appoint an ambitious, confident and highly motivated Russell Group graduate to join their pastoral team as a Year Leader. This is an exceptional opportunity for a graduate considering a long-term career in education, pastoral leadership, educational psychology, youth mentoring or teaching. The Role
  • Supporting the academic and pastoral development of a designated year group
  • Acting as a positive role model for students
  • Monitoring attendance, behaviour and student wellbeing
  • Working closely with teachers, SLT and parents
  • Helping create a positive, ambitious and inclusive school culture

  • Russell Group graduate (2:1 or above to be considered)
  • Strong academic background
  • Confident communicator with emotional intelligence

  • Previous school experience is desirable but not essential
