About the Role: Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Luton

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing 1:1 and small group support to help every child reach their full potential. You’ll play a key role in supporting lesson delivery, classroom behaviour, and the emotional and academic development of pupils.

What You’ll Be Doing: Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Luton

• Supporting pupils during lessons, helping them stay engaged and on task
• Delivering small group interventions and 1:1 support
• Assisting teachers with planning and classroom management
• Encouraging a positive learning environment for all students
• Supporting pupils with additional needs (including SEN or EAL) where required

What We’re Looking For: Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Luton

• A recent graduate (2:1 or above preferred) in Education, Psychology, English, or a related subject
• A genuine interest in education and child development
• Patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills
• Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential
