The Role

- Sociable working hours between 8.30 – 15.30, Mon/Fri

Qualifications / Requirements
- Recent Psychology or education Graduate (2:1 or higher)
- Interest in pursuing roles in Clinical/Educational Psychology or Speech & Language Therapy is beneficial
- Empathy, patience and resilience to support learners with SEN
- Relevant experience is beneficial but not required; full training provided
As a Primary Teaching Assistant you will assist classroom leaders in ensuring that all students have inclusive and equal access to education. You may work 1:1 or in small groups with SEN learners and support them in their academic, social and emotional development. Training will be provided to ensure that you are able to manage and care for a wide range of SEN needs, utilising your academic background, theoretical knowledge of SEN and any relevant experience you may bring to the table.
