The role:
Starting in September 2025, your journey as a Graduate Maths Trainee Teacher will begin with reduced teaching hours, intensive training and a robust support system. Using your established subject-excellence and drive to learn, you will begin preparing your own engaging resources and lesson plans with the guidance of a teaching-veteran who will act as your all-knowing mentor. As your confidence builds, you will begin delivering lessons. Your development in this and all areas of training will be supported by a home-learning day, where you will partake in online learning sessions off-timetable every Wednesday. As your year progresses as a Graduate Maths Trainee Teacher, you will build your teaching hours and confidence massively, working towards gaining your QTS by July 2025.
