The Role
The Role – Graduate Learning Support Assistant
- Provide academic and emotional support to pupils with additional needs.
- Work 1:1 and with small groups, helping students build confidence and independence.
- Adapt resources and strategies to make learning accessible.
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
- Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and therapists to create a nurturing environment.
