KPI Education is working with a specialised independent education provider in Stoke-on-Trent, offering personalised alternative learning pathways, mentoring and school intervention programmes for young people aged 11-18.
We are looking for graduates seeking a rewarding challenge, supporting young people who have experienced difficulties engaging with or adjusting to mainstream education.
This role would suit a confident, ambitious individual looking to gain first-hand experience supporting learners to overcome barriers to education and achieve positive outcomes, regardless of their background.
The Role
As a Graduate Behavioural Mentor, you will work directly with young people, providing personalised 1:1 and small-group support.
You will build positive relationships with learners, support emotional regulation and social skills, encourage engagement with education and contribute to personalised intervention programmes.
