You willbesupporting the recruitment consultants with the daily activities of a busy recruitment office in order for us to deliver our outstanding service.

You will be responsible for:
CV Search/Sourcing
- Sourcing and evaluating CVs for submission for Temp roles.
- Source and select candidates using database, job boards social media campaigns etc
- Identify skills to match againstvacancies
- Help to come up with ideas of better ways of recording skills, finding the right candidates
Candidate Management
- pre screen and telephone interview candidates and arrange interviews for consultants
- Network and promote vacancies to potential candidates
- Deal with day to day calls andenquiries
Administration/Advertising
- Ensure database is up to date with all relevantinformation
- Weekly payroll inputting canidates hours onto inhouse system
- Manage and develop candidate relationships to ensure all candidates are kept informed throughout the process.
- Deal with general queries
