Food Production Operative

KPI Recruiting is seeking Food Production Operatives to join the Dairy Department at our client\’s site in Nantwich.

Shifts available:

• 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday, with a 1-week advance rota.
• 6am – 4pm.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out heavy lifting tasks (up to 25kg).
• Operate pallets and handle materials.
• Work on the plough and cleaning tasks once trained.
• Operate scales and machinery when trained.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform ad hoc tasks, including outdoor work.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
• Experience in food production is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in hot environments (up to 40°C).
• Physical ability for lifting and manual handling.
