We're currently recruiting for experienced Warehouse & FLT Operatives to join a brand-new manufacturing facility in Flint. This is a great opportunity to join a site in its early stages and play an important role in helping establish a safe, efficient and well-organised warehouse operation.

The role will initially focus on parent reel storage and finished goods, including picking and preparing materials for shipment. As the site develops, you'll have the opportunity to support across different areas of the operation.

The Role

  • Operate FLT/MHE equipment to move materials and finished goods
  • Load and unload HGVs safely and efficiently
  • Pick, store and prepare products for shipment
  • Ensure products are labelled and stored correctly
  • Carry out pre-use FLT and equipment safety checks
  • Report any damage, faults or defects immediately
  • Follow site procedures, SOPs and health & safety standards
  • Support with regular stock checks and stocktakes
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment
  • Work as part of the wider warehouse team and support across the site as required

About You

We're looking for reliable and adaptable warehouse professionals who are confident operating FLT equipment and are happy working in a hands-on environment.

You’ll ideally have:

  • B2 Counterbalance FLT licence - essential
  • B1 licence Clamp attachment experience - desirable
  • Recent experience operating a clamp attachment is advantageous
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing or distribution experience
  • Good understanding of warehouse health & safety
  • A flexible approach and willingness to support across different areas
  • Good attention to detail when handling and storing products
