Role Overview
As the EYFS Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our Nursery and Reception children. You will lead a team of enthusiastic practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning are maintained. Your responsibilities will include:

Ideal Candidate
A qualified teacher with QTS and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in teaching Nursery or Reception. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive school community.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary on the Inner London Pay Scale (M3 - UP1), ranging from £44,238 to £57,632, along with a TLR for the right candidate.
