The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join a growing international property solutions business in a newly created role. This is an opportunity to shape how marketing drives commercial growth across a business that helps organisations source and manage property and accommodation solutions in key markets worldwide. You'll have the autonomy to develop campaigns, introduce new technology and AI tools, and continuously improve how we identify, engage and nurture prospective clients. Working closely with our commercial and client teams, you'll translate business priorities into targeted campaigns that generate qualified opportunities and measurable revenue. This is a commercially focused role rather than a traditional brand marketing position. While maintaining a strong and consistent brand remains important, your primary focus will be demand generation, lead nurturing and supporting growth throughout the customer journey. You'll also coordinate external specialists across content, design, website optimisation, SEO and account-based marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Marketing
- Plan and deliver targeted multi-channel campaigns across the customer journey.
- Build campaigns around priority markets, sectors, services, locations and strategic accounts.
- Develop audience segmentation, messaging, customer journeys and compelling calls to action.
- Test new channels and approaches, using performance data to continually improve results.
- Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing
- Create and manage automated lead nurturing programmes for prospects at different stages of the buying journey.
- Develop lead scoring models to help commercial teams prioritise opportunities.
- Use customer behaviour, engagement and intent data to identify demand.
- Turn digital activity, campaigns, events and content engagement into qualified sales opportunities.
- Improve conversion rates and visibility throughout the sales funnel.
- Marketing Automation & AI
- Build and optimise automated email and outreach campaigns.
- Use AI to enhance research, campaign personalisation, content development and productivity.
- Identify new tools and technologies that improve marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure data quality, compliance and brand consistency across marketing systems.
- Events & Account-Based Marketing
- Develop campaigns before, during and after key industry events.
- Support targeted campaigns for strategic accounts and priority prospects.
- Create personalised marketing journeys for key decision-makers and buying groups.
- Performance & Reporting
- Define clear success metrics for every campaign.
- Track lead generation, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution and ROI.
- Produce straightforward reports highlighting performance, insights and recommendations.
- Use data and commercial feedback to continually optimise marketing activity.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial teams to align marketing activity with business priorities.
- Partner with client-facing colleagues to identify success stories, growth opportunities and market insight.
- Brief and manage external agencies, designers and specialist partners.
- Coordinate campaign planning and delivery across internal and external stakeholders.
About You
You'll bring experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing or a similar commercially focused role. Experience in property, real estate, flexible workspace, hospitality, relocation, corporate housing or another service-led B2B environment would be advantageous, but we welcome applicants from other sectors with strong commercial marketing experience. You'll also have:
- A proven track record of delivering campaigns that generate leads, pipeline and revenue.
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, marketing automation and analytics platforms.
- A strong understanding of segmentation, lead scoring and customer journeys.
- Confidence using data and insight to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience working closely with sales or business development teams.
- An interest in applying AI and emerging technologies within marketing.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns and external partners simultaneously.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to shape a newly created role.
