We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Camden area for an Early Years Leader to join their team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate graduate looking to progress within early years education and take on a leadership-focused role within a thriving primary school environment. The successful candidate will play a key role within the Early Years provision, supporting pupils during the crucial stages of their development while helping to maintain a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.

The school is seeking a strong academic candidate with previous Teaching Assistant experience who is confident supporting young learners and working closely alongside teaching staff and senior leadership. ECTs are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality learning within the Early Years setting

Candidate Requirements
  • Degree educated
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is essential
  • Strong understanding of Early Years education and child development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive, organised, and nurturing approach
