About the Role
You will provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to students needing extra help, working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to help every young person access learning and reach their full potential. You will also play an active role in each student’s confidence, social development and overall wellbeing, becoming a trusted and consistent presence in their school day.
