Customer Service Associate – Temp (Ongoing) Crewe | Hybrid | £14.83 per hour | 36 hours per week We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Customer Service Associate to join their team in Crewe on a temporary ongoing basis – with an immediate start available. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation where you’ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of service across a busy, fast-paced environment. The Role Working as part of a collaborative team, you will act as a central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring queries and orders are handled efficiently and professionally. Key responsibilities include: Managing customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests end-to-end Processing orders, billing, credits, debits, and refunds Monitoring orders and ensuring compliance with processes and regulations Acting as a SPOC for customers, suppliers, and internal teams Supporting reporting, escalations, and administrative processes Meeting performance KPIs around service delivery and resolution times What We’re Looking For We’re keen to speak with candidates who have: Previous experience in a customer service role (minimum 1 year) Strong communication and problem-solving skills The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office A proactive, team-focused approach Experience with systems such as SAP is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
