About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Helpline Advisor to join their Contact Centre team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. The Role
As a Helpline Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a variety of inbound enquiries, providing professional support, and ensuring customers receive a prompt, empathetic, and efficient service. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to resolve queries, support customers with their needs, and contribute to maintaining high service standards.

- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre or service-driven environment, although this is not essential.
