The Role

Working within a 2-3 person installation crew, you'll install residential Solar PV systems on customers' homes, ensuring every installation is completed safely, professionally and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Installing roof mounting systems and Solar PV panels on domestic properties
  • Preparing roofs, including tile removal and replacement where required
  • Working safely at height using appropriate fall protection equipment
  • Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Assisting electrical colleagues by preparing cable routes and positioning equipment
  • Carrying out site safety checks and maintaining a clean working environment
  • Completing installations within agreed timescales while maintaining excellent quality
  • Treating customers' homes with care and delivering exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Solar PV installation experience
  • Roofing experience
  • CSCS Card
  • Working at Height certification
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong understanding of health and safety
  • Reliable team player with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
