You will shape the SEND strategy, work with senior leaders and embed personalised support across the campus.
With QTS and significant SEND leadership experience, you will manage a team of teaching assistants, oversee EHCPs and annual reviews, and drive high standards of inclusion and outcomes for learners with diverse needs.
