A highly reputable, family-owned shopfitting company in Merseyside is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Project Manager to join their team. With a strong track record of delivering high-quality fit-outs, this is an excellent opportunity to lead projects in a supportive, well-established environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage shopfitting projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure high standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance on all sites.
- Lead and mentor site teams to achieve project objectives.
- Proven experience in project or contracts management, ideally within shopfitting or fit-out projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and budgeting experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
