A National, Leading Law firm is seeking an experienced Secured Lending Solicitor to join its busy team in Congleton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to take on a varied caseload while overseeing a team of caseworkers and two administrators.
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage both client work and a small support team.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a varied secured lending caseload
- Overseeing and supporting a team of caseworkers
- Lease extensions and leasehold matters
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages and related lending matters
- Reviewing and preparing legal documentation
- Liaising with lenders, clients and other professional parties
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard
