The Graduate We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in candidates offering:
- A First-Class or 2:1 degree, ideally from Oxbridge, Russell Group or another leading university.
- Academic expertise in Mathematics, English, Sciences, Classics, Languages or Humanities.
- Exceptional communication skills and intellectual curiosity.
- Professionalism, initiative and a genuine passion for education.
- The ambition to pursue teaching or another education-related career.
Previous classroom experience is not essential. Academic excellence, character and potential are what matter.
