KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Counterbalance FLT Driver for our client based in Cheshire.
As a Counterbalance FLT Driver your working hours and days are:
- Monday- Friday
- Week 1 06:00- 14:00
- Week 2 14:00- 22:00

The duties and responsibilities as a Counterbalance FLT Driver are:
- Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Load and unload curtain-sided vehicles and shipping containers
- Move and position stock safely around the warehouse and yard
- Carry out stock rotation and ensure products are stored correctly
- Complete daily FLT safety and equipment checks
- Report any FLT faults, damage, or safety issues immediately
- Ensure pallets are correctly positioned and safely stored
- Maintain accurate stock movements and follow warehouse procedures
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Follow all site Health & Safety and operational procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required
The ideal candidate for a Counterbalance FLT Driver would require:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT License/ Certificate
- Previous Counterbalance FLT experience is preferred
- Experience loading and unloading vehicles and containers is desirable
- Good awareness of workplace safety and pedestrian areas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail when handling and rotating stock
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible regarding shift rotation
- Physically capable of carrying out general warehouse duties
- Willingness to work overtime when required
