We're partnering with a fast-growing British premium fashion and lifestyle brand to recruit an experienced Visual Merchandiser.
Known for its distinctive aesthetic, premium product and strong brand identity, the business has built an impressive following across the UK and internationally and is continuing to invest in its retail presence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Visual Merchandiser who loves creating beautiful retail environments but also understands that great VM needs to drive customer engagement and sales.
You'll work across the brand's retail locations, bringing seasonal concepts, product launches and campaigns to life while partnering closely with Retail, Buying and Merchandising teams.
The Role
You'll take ownership of visual presentation across stores, ensuring each space delivers a consistent premium brand experience while responding to individual store performance and commercial opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering seasonal visual merchandising concepts across stores
- Creating and implementing window schemes, installations and product launches
- Developing floor plans, product zoning and space allocation
- Managing seasonal changeovers and product moves
- Using sales data and weekly KPIs to identify VM opportunities
- Conducting commercial store walkthroughs with management teams
- Working closely with Buying, Merchandising and Retail
- Ensuring product stories and campaigns are executed consistently
- Training and supporting store teams on VM standards and product presentation
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards across all retail environments
- Balancing creative brand direction with commercial performance
About You
We're looking for someone who combines creative flair with strong commercial awareness.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous Visual Merchandising experience within premium or luxury fashion
- Experience creating window schemes and boutique/store layouts
- A strong understanding of product placement, customer flow and space planning
- Confidence interpreting sales performance and KPIs
- Excellent styling and attention to detail
- Experience working collaboratively with Retail, Buying and Merchandising teams
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- The ability to manage multiple launches, stores and priorities
- A genuine passion for premium fashion and creating exceptional retail environments
