KPI Recruiting is seeking an experienced VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Forklift Driver on behalf of a well-established and growing distribution business based in Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, long-term employer in a clean, modern warehouse facility at the heart of the UK's distribution network. Working hours are Monday- Friday, 11:00- 19:00, paying £13.83 per hour.

The Role

  • Safe and efficient operation of a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklift truck within a busy, high-bay warehouse environment
  • Locating, picking, and replenishing stock accurately across racked storage areas using warehouse management systems
  • Loading and unloading goods, ensuring correct placement and storage in line with warehouse procedures
  • Conducting pre-use equipment checks at the start of each shift, reporting any faults or defects promptly
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting cycle counts and stock takes as required
  • Working to pick and despatch targets, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised at all times in compliance with housekeeping standards
  • Adhering to all site health, safety, and traffic management procedures throughout

Requirements

  • Valid, current VNA forklift licence
  • Proven experience operating a VNA truck in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Comfortable working at height in a high-bay racking environment
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) advantageous
  • Reliable, accurate, and safety-conscious with a strong attention to detail
  • Able to work the advertised shift pattern consistently
