The Role β Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant (Complex Needs)
- Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis with complex needs
- Assist with behaviour regulation, emotional wellbeing, and communication
- Adapt activities and learning tasks to suit individual needs
- Implement behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO

Person Specification
- Degree essential β Psychology, Education, Criminology, Sociology, Childhood Studies or related field
