The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting both academic achievement and pupil wellbeing throughout the school day. Working closely with class teachers and support staff, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils with literacy, numeracy, and wider curriculum learning
- Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups
- Providing 1:1 support for pupils who require additional assistance
