Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary up to £65,000

We\’re recruiting on behalf of a major drylining contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large, high-spec commercial schemes. They work with leading contractors and clients across sectors including student accommodation, mixed‐use developments, offices and major refurbishment projects. They\’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can take full ownership of their own schemes.

Base pay rangeSalary up to £65,000

The role

Run your own drylining and interiors packages on major commercial projects

Lead valuations, variations, cost reporting and forecasting

Procure subcontract packages and manage commercial delivery

Work closely with site teams to track progress and ensure financial control

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Primarily based in the East Yorkshire area with occasional regional travel

4 days on site, 1 day office/home

What we\’re looking for

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience managing your own projects

Background in drylining, interiors or fit‐out preferred

Strong commercial judgement and ability to work independently

Confident in managing multiple packages and maintaining robust reporting
