KPI Retail are exclusively partnering with a growing premium lifestyle and accessories business looking for an experienced Head of IT & Systems to lead its technology and systems strategy across two established consumer brands. This is a genuinely strategic technology leadership role. You'll be responsible for ensuring the business has the systems, technology and infrastructure needed to support its next stage of growth, owning the systems roadmap and working closely with senior stakeholders to make sure investment and priorities are aligned with wider commercial objectives.
The role involves leading the Systems function and taking ownership of the overall technology roadmap, balancing long-term transformation with operational resilience and day-to-day business requirements. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Owning the Systems strategy and roadmap
- Leading technology transformation and strategic systems initiatives
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business
- Managing technology investment, budgets and prioritisation
- Overseeing third-party suppliers, contracts and service performance
- Strengthening governance, security and operational resilience
- Leading and developing the wider Systems team
- Working closely with the AI Architect to identify opportunities to use emerging technology across the business
- Ensuring systems remain scalable, secure and integrated as the organisation grows
We're looking for an established technology leader with experience across business systems, technology transformation or operational systems, combined with strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn business priorities into a clear technology strategy. Experience across ERP, WMS, ecommerce, reporting or systems integration environments would be particularly valuable.
