We have a fantastic opportunity for Production Operatives to join one of our established clients based in Fenton. This Production Operative role is ideal for individuals with solid manufacturing experience and a good length of service in previous roles, who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a busy, supportive team.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm and Friday 06:00 - 12:30
The Role:
- Moving stock around
- General production tasks
- Following work instructions and meeting daily KPI targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth workflow
The Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experience is essential
- A good length of service in previous roles
- Manually handle heavy products
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
