Industrial/Commercial Electrician Temp and Temp to Perm Field Based (covering Greater Manchester, Cheshire & Staffordshire) £20 – £25 per hour & Company Vehicle The Role We are seeking an experienced industrial and commercial electrician for our client who has been established for over 20 years. This role is field based covering Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Staffordshire areas. • Responsible for attending customer sites for the installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery • Ensuring that all electrical work is performed in accordance with UK regulations and safety standards • Installing electrical wiring, circuits, lighting, and power systems in both new and existing buildings or facilities • Set up and install electrical components for machinery or equipment • Conduct regular inspections to ensure electrical systems are functioning safely and efficiently • Troubleshoot faults, diagnose issues, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements of machinery, equipment & buildings • Perform tests on electrical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards (e.g., 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations, BS 7671). • Issue Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) for property inspections and certifications • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and repairs carried out.
