ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR | £24,800 per annum | Ormskirk Monday – Friday | 37.5 hours per week | 6-Month Temporary Contract KPI Recruiting are currently looking for a proactive and organised Accounts Administrator to join a busy team in Ormskirk on a 6-month temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous administration or accounts experience who is confident working with data, emails and financial information. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the accounts function, ensuring incoming communications are managed efficiently and financial records are accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities • Manage incoming communications via email and respond or redirect queries as required. • Carry out accurate and efficient data entry across relevant systems and databases. • Reconcile supplier and customer statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. • Process and manage accounts-related documentation. • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts regarding account queries. • Investigate discrepancies and ensure any issues are resolved promptly. • Assist with general accounts administration and provide support to the wider finance team. • Ensure all information is entered accurately and in a timely manner. • Maintain organised electro...
