Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Reading has the requirement for a Workshop Controller to join their established workshop team.

Workshop Controller Responsibilities

  1. Manage Workshop resources in an efficient manner
  2. Allocation of work to Technicians
  3. Ensure work is completed to required deadlines
  4. Quality Check work carried out by Technicians
  5. Monitor Staff & Workshop Performance
  6. Ensure HSE policies are adhered to
  7. Ensure Workshop is clean, tidy and fully operational

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  1. 12 months Workshop Controller Experience
  2. Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

  1. Franchised Dealer Experience

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary of £36,000 –
On Target Earnings of £44,000
Great Benefits Package

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm
Saturdays (1 in 3) 8.30am – 1pm
