We have several Privately Owned & Reputable Specialist Independent Garages in the Milton Keynes and surrounding area looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians, Mechanics and MOT Testers to join their workshop teams.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards
- Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards (if qualified)
- Cam belt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
- Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
Essential Requirements:
- 12 months Post Apprenticeship Vehicle Technician experience
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own Tools
Desirable Requirements:
- Active MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 & 7)
- Hybrid/EV Qualifications
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Basic Salaries of £35,000 to £45,000 DOE
- Bonus Schemes of up to another £7000
- No Saturdays
- Monday to Friday Only
- Opportunity to qualify as an MOT Tester
Working Hours: Monday to Friday Only, No Saturdays
