Basic Salary – £32,000
OTE – £38,000 (Uncapped) –

Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership near Wokingham have the requirement for experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their established workshop team

Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic your responsibilites will include:
Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to Manufacturer Standards
Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements (depending on skill level)
In depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics (depending on skill level)
Warranty Repairs

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
Minimum of a NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
1+ year Post Apprenticeship experience
Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:
Manufacturer or IMI Accreditations / Qualifications
Franchised Dealer Experience
MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7) If not you will be helped to qualify
EV Qualified would be desired.

Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary of £30,000 to £32,000 depending on skill/experience
On Target Earnings of £38,000 (uncapped)
Paid Overtime
Manufacturer Training
Great benefits package

Working Hours

8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
1:3 Saturday morning 8am till 1pm as overtime
