Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Banbury, has the requirement for experienced Vehicle Technicians at all skill levels to join their established workshop team. If you are a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician, our client would be interested in talking to you.

Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Routine Servicing, Repairs and Health Checks to Manufacturer Standards
- Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
- Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
- New Car PDI’s & Used Cars Multi Point Checks
- Warranty Repairs
- MOT Tests (if qualified to do so)
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of a NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or Equivalent
- 12 months post apprenticeship experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own your own tools
Desirable Requirements:
- Manufacturer Accreditations / Qualifications
- Franchised Dealer Vehicle Technician Experience
- MOT Licence
- EV/Hybrid Qualifications
Remuneration & Benefits
Basic Salaries of £27,000 - £37,500 DOE
On Target Earnings of £38,000 - £42,500 DOE
Paid Overtime
Manufacturer Training Programme including Hybrid/EV training
Opportunity to qualify as an MOT Tester
Great benefits package
Working Hours
40-hour Working Week
Saturdays on a rota basis, paid as Overtime.
