Our client, a franchised main dealership in Northampton, has the requirement for an experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to join their established and high performing Aftersales team.

Responsibilities

  • Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop front of house team
  • Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time
  • Departmental profitability
  • Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
  • Controlling expenses
  • Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
  • Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
  • Installing, and maintaining processes
  • Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience

Experience, Skills Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

  • Franchised Dealership Experience
  • Kerridge

Remuneration Benefits

  • Basic Salary of £35,000
  • On Target Earnings of £55,000
