Our client, a busy franchised dealership, in Slough has the requirement for an experienced Temporary Service Advisor to join their Aftersales Team – the client would look at a temporary candidate as well to fill the gap
As a Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:
Meet and Greet Customers
Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle
Calling customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed
Liaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting team and Drivers
Invoicing work carried out
Invoice explanation and taking payment
Ensuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed
Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Minimum of 2 years previous Service Advisor Experience (or similar)
Franchised Dealership Experience
Full UK driving licence
Basic Salary £28,000 (dependent on experience)
On Target Earnings £35,000

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm
Saturdays (1 in 4) 8am to 12.30pm
