Temporary Service Advisor - Newbury - Β£13 - Β£15.00 Per Hour DOE - No Saturdays - Immediate Start - Weekly Pay
Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Newbury, has the requirement for an experienced Temporary Service Advisor to join their highly successful Aftersales team. This can be Temp only, Temp to Perm, or Permanent - the client is flexible and is just after immediate help.
Responsibilities:- Meet and Greet Customers
- Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle
- Accurate completion of courtesy car insurance paperwork
- Calling customers with progress updates and advising of any work needed
- Liaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team, and Drivers
- Invoicing work carried out
- Invoice explanation and taking payment
- Quoting, introducing, and selling of Service Plans
- Ensuring all Warranty paperwork is completed correctly
- Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
- Minimum of 2 yearsβ Service Advisor experience or Motortrade. The client may consider candidates with good customer service skills as a Temp to Perm option.
- Must have Full UK Driving Licence and right to work.
Monday to Friday 8am β 6pm
