Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership in Taunton has the requirement for a Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team.
Responsibilities
- Meet and Greet Customers
- Explain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicle
- Accurate completion of courtesy car insurance paperwork
- Calling customers with progress updates and advise of any work needed
- Liaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team and Drivers.
- Invoicing work carried out
- Invoice explanation and taking payment
- Quoting, introducing and selling of Service Plans
- Ensuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed
- Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- 3 years stable face to face Customer Service experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
- Motor Trade experience
