Our client, a busy franchised car dealership in Liverpool, has the requirement for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their established Aftersales team.

Responsibilities

As a Parts Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Efficiently source and supply vehicle parts to the workshop and customers
2. Meet agreed departmental targets
3. Deliver an excellent standard of customer care
4. Dealing with customer phone calls and face-to-face inquiries
5. Receiving deliveries of parts into the business
6. Allocating parts accordingly within the storage systems
7. Preparing and providing accurate quotations
8. Communicating relevant promotional offers
9. Ensure that the Parts Department is kept organised, clean, and tidy
10. Invoicing and taking payment for parts

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

1. Minimum of 12 months motor parts experience

Desirable Requirements:

1. Franchised Dealership Experience
2. Kerridge
3. Full UK Driving Licence

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Saturday mornings 1 in 3
