Our client, a large main franchise car dealership in High Wycombe, has the requirement for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their established Aftersales team.
Parts Advisor Responsibilities
- Efficiently source and supply vehicle parts to the workshop and customers
- Meet agreed departmental targets
- Deliver an excellent standard of customer care
- Dealing with customer phone calls and face-to-face enquiries
- Receiving deliveries of parts into the business
- Allocating parts accordingly within the storage systems
- Preparing and providing accurate quotations
- Communicating relevant promotional offers
- Ensure that the Parts Department is kept organised, clean and tidy
- Invoicing and taking payment for parts
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months motor trade Parts Advisor experience
Desirable Requirements:
- Franchised Dealership Experience
- Kerridge or Pinnacle
- Full UK Driving Licence
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary up to £28,000 (DOE)
- On Target Earnings of £34,000
- Great Benefits Package
- Monday - Friday 42.5 hour week
- Saturdays 1 in 2 paid as overtime - 4 hour shifts.
