Our client, a franchised car dealership in Milton Keynes, is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their established Aftersales team.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently source and supply vehicle parts to the workshop and customers
- Meet agreed departmental targets
- Deliver an excellent standard of customer care
- Deal with customer phone calls and face-to-face enquiries
- Receive deliveries of parts into the business
- Allocate parts accordingly within the storage systems
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations
- Communicate relevant promotional offers
- Ensure that the Parts Department is kept organised, clean and tidy
- Invoicing and taking payment for parts
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months motor trade Parts Advisor experience
Desirable Requirements
- Franchised dealership experience (Kerridge or Pinnacle)
- Full UK driving licence
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary £26,000 - £27,000 (DOE)
- On Target Earnings £32,000 - £34,000
