Our client, an extremely busy and well-respected Independent Workshop in Hitchin, has the requirement for an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join their established workshop team in a state-of-the-art main dealer standard environment specialising in Prestige Vehicles.
Diagnostic Technician Responsibilities
- Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to Manufacturer Standards
- Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
- In-depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
- Provide Technical Expertise to the workshop team
- Ability to work on/diagnose EV vehicles
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- EV/Hybrid Qualifications
- Sound Electrical Diagnostic Ability
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements
- Manufacturer Master Technician Accreditation or equivalent
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary of £45,000 DOE
- On Target Earnings of £50,000
- Great benefits package
- Mon-Thu 8:00-17:30
- Fri 8:00-18:00, No Saturdays
