Our client, a busy franchised main dealership, in Wimbledon has the requirement for an experiencedAftersales Manager / Service Manager to join theirestablished and high performing Dealership Management team on a 6-8 week contract
Aftersales Manager / Service Manager Responsibilities
As an Aftersales Manager / Service Manager your responsibilities will include:
Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
Departmental profitability
Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
Controlling expenses
Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
Installing, and maintaining processes
Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
Franchised Dealership Experience
VAG dealership experience is desirable
Kerridge experience
