Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester – NORWICH – Basic Salary – £30,000- £38,000 DOE – OTE – £48,000 (uncapped) Saturday Mornings on a Rota Paid at Overtime Rate – Our client, a busy Car Dealership in Norwich have the requirement for an experienced Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join their established workshop team Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester responsibilities will include: Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics Carry out New Car PDI's & Used Car MPC's Warranty Repairs Experience, Skills & Qualifications Essential Requirements: Level 2/3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance Active MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 & 7) Full UK Driving Licence Desirable Requirements: Hybrid/EV Qualifications Manufacturer Accreditations Remuneration & Benefits Basic Salary of £30,000 to £38,000 DOE On Target Earnings of £48,000 – Bonus uncapped – Saturday Mornings on a Rota, Paid at Overtime Rate – 08:30 – 5pm Mon – Fri – Great benefits package, Employee discounts – Colleague referral scheme – Long service awards – Additional holiday with length of service – Colleague discounts (inc family) Colleague referral scheme Manufacturer Training Programme
