Our client, an award winning Franchised Dealer Group have the requirement for an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join their busy dealership in Leamington Spa.
Our client offers you the following remuneration and benefits:
- Basic salary from £35,000
- OTE up to £52,000
- £1,000 pay rise for EV-accredited technicians

As a Diagnostic Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on vehicles/equipment to manufacturer and safety standards
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to resolve issues accurately
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, meeting productivity and turnaround targets
- Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards
- Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
- Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
- Warranty Repairs
- News Car PDI’s and Used Car Multi Point Checks
- Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards (if qualified)
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Full and Clean UK Driving Licence
- Own Tools
Desirable Requirements:
- Manufacturer Accreditations
- EV/Hybrid Accreditation
- MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7)

- Basic salary up to £40,000
- OTE £52,000
- Hours Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
