Our client, a franchised main dealership in Ipswich, has the requirement for an experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to join their established and high performing Aftersales team.
Responsibilities:
- Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
- Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time
- Departmental profitability
- Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
- Controlling expenses
- Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
- Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
- Installing, and maintaining processes
- Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
- Franchised Dealership Experience
- Kerridge
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Basic Salary of up to £38,000
- On Target Earnings of £46,000
- Use of Company Vehicle plus fuel
