Service Coordinator (Clinical) in Milton Keynes

Milton Keynes Full-Time On-site
K

Keep complex clinical services moving — and make every detail count

As Service Coordinator (Clinical), you will provide the operational coordination that keeps our clinical services safe, organised and moving forward. By bringing together client communication, site readiness, approvals, service information and follow-up actions, you will give clinical leaders the space to focus on quality, governance and patient care.

KPI:Health is a CQC-registered healthcare organisation that runs its own clinical services as well as delivering services in partnership with NHS and independent-sector clients. A key part of this role will be coordinating our own regulated services, alongside supporting client-led service delivery. You will work closely with our Head of Service, Medical Director, Clinical Leads, Lead Clinical Nurse and colleagues across Recruitment, Workforce Compliance, Finance and Sales. You will also build trusted working relationships with clients, site contacts and NHS managers.

As our delivery portfolio and mobilisation activity continue to develop, we need a dedicated coordinator who can hold the operational detail across multiple workstreams. This is an opportunity to shape reliable ways of working, strengthen client confidence and keep delivery evidence accurate, current and ready to support billing, audit and regulatory assurance.
