At KPI:Health, we are building a healthcare organisation with purpose, combining clinical expertise, operational excellence and a commitment to improving outcomes for patients and service users. As we continue to grow existing services and develop new ones, we are investing in additional senior clinical leadership to support safe, consistent and well-governed service delivery across an expanding workforce.
The role is offered initially on a 6-month fixed-term basis, with the potential for extension as our service needs continue to evolve.

You will help support by:
- Using your post-registration clinical experience and sound judgement to support safe, defensible decisions
- Providing constructive clinical challenge with professional confidence, clear communication and appropriate escalation
- Supporting safe workforce deployment by considering competence, suitability, risk and service need
- Contributing to clinical governance, audit and assurance activity that supports regulatory readiness
- Promoting consistently high standards across KPI:Health’s services as they continue to grow
